This summer the weather is hot but the fashions are even hotter! Spring fashions trends this year are designed to keep you feel refreshed and crisp no matter the weather or occasion. As you shop for spring designs keep the following looks in mind.

Dresses

The little black dress has been updated just in time for Summer! Expect to see dresses and skirts that hit at the knee or slightly higher. Mainly this season dresses are loose fitting and designed to work for any woman’s figure. Strapless dresses with sashes at the waist are popular. Simple silhouettes are favored over complicated designs with beading, embroidery and glitter not making the same impact it has in previous seasons. Plunging necklines are also out this season. Instead, dress with simple sweetheart or round necks that offer women better support and a more appropriate daytime look.

Expect to see the typical white and black dresses but spring colors are also being used. The hottest color this season appears to be orange and the T-shirt dress in goldfish or coral is one of the hottest fashions around. This fitted dress hits at mid thigh and resembles a figure hugging T-shirt.

Skirts

When it comes to skirts, the pencil skirt has received a long overdue makeover. An empire waist has been added that instantly polishes the look. The denim pencil skirt in coral is great for adding a little edge to your wardrobe.

Just like dresses, the hottest skirts this season hit at the knee to show your legs but feature flowing designs. A must have for many women will be the two toned skirt with a smocked waistline. Go with a soft pink layered over beige for daytime wear, or look to a sultry purple layered over black for an unforgettable evening look.

While many people lament the arrival of winter due to shortened days, icy road conditions, or elevated heating bills, others dread the oncoming winter season for just one reason: bulk. While warmth is important, many of us hate the accompanying bulky clothes that replace our beautiful flowing, breezy silks and cottons of the warmer months. Fortunately, with a little care, women’s winter fashion can be just as hot as any summer look.

Winter boots don’t need to be big, unsightly things. There is no end of variety in the selection of women’s winter boots, from knee high heels, to a sturdy, practical walking boot. Paired with a warm pair of hand knit socks in fun and funky colors, your lovely feet will keep you smiling through the cold.

There is nothing like a well structured wool jacket to add both warmth and beauty to a fall or winter outfit. The structure of the jacket will erase any undesirable bulges, and the natural wool fabric will both breathe well and insulate, making it the perfect winter outerwear.
